I still don't know if I'm pregnant or not ..

My body has been going through so many changes in the past three in a half weeks I was vomiting .. which I haven't lately . I have been waiting on my period .. & symptoms since Friday .. I took a pregnancy test on the 3rd but it came back negative.. I haven't been spotting .. my nipples haven't been tender.. I've just been experiencing little pains under my stomach and sometimes all around my stomach .. my period was supposed to come today but .. yet there's nothing .. I don't really know what to do.. I'm super confused.. I keep hearing I'm pregnant but I just have to give it time.. if my period isn't here by the 11th I'm so going to be convinced that I'm pregnant .
