NEED ADVICE !

My last period I had was in July . July 15-25 , (I had implantation bleeding on the 27.) August missed period , sept I tested for a positive , late sept my first ob appointment , oct 4 second ob appointment we found out I had a chemical pregnancy , my levels were already back to normal , my dr told me that I'd have my period like normal that month it never came , nov my breasts felt a little tingly for almost two weeks and never got my period , now December still no period but took an oval on test yesterday night it was faint positive , took at test to day still a faint positive , ut if I'm ovulating why am I not having my period ?  I also herd you can use your opk tests as a pregnancy test ?!
