First fertility appt

Tomorrow I have my first "work up" appointment with the fertility doctor. I've done blood work, had an hsg, and my husband's semen was tested. Everything has come back normal. At this appointment I am supposed to have an ultrasound and discuss next steps. I'm afraid I don't ovulate, even though my tests have been normal and I get positive results on ovulation tests. My periods are very irregular. I'm hoping we can come up with a plan. Does anyone know if the ultrasound will be able show whether I've just ovulated or not? Anything else I should expect for tomorrow? Thank you ladies.
