yeast infection

I went to the doctors a couple of weeks ago bout a yeast infection. They took a urine sample and gave me a cream. I had to use the cream for a week. The symptoms have gotten a lot better and I am starting to appear normal down there again, although it used to burn when I was exposed to any sort of clitoral stimulation. How long do you guys think I should wait before trying again?
