Anyone else having issues with insomnia??

I don't know if it's baby related or my other-thinking mind has conjured up something that my conscious mind doesn't know of yet but I'm finding getting to sleep and staying asleep difficult - and when I do finally drift off, once I wake my mouth is super dry!!!!

Any advice/support would be great! :-)
