Which type of birth control do you prefer?

I'm getting married soon and we don't want to start having kids for another year or two. I've never been on birth control bc I've always been afraid that it would cause me to become infertile. However, I don't want to not be able to have sex for certain time spans when I'm married so I'd rather get on birth control to prevent pregnancy. Which one works best? L

Me and my husband have been using spermicide condoms for quite awhile now with no issues or scares. I didn't want to use any form of hormonal birth control and any other non-hormonal methods seemed like more of a hassle than condoms, so we just went with that
