spotting after bowel movement

Anyone else having issues with this? For me it doesn't matter if I strain or don't I almost always have some spotting when I wipe. I know the blood is vaginal but I'm not sure why this keeps happening. It has been happening for a few months and everything seems to be fine but I don't see my doc again for another week and a half so I was wondering if any of you have had this issue?
