Eat subway while pregnant?! Help

Im really craving subway,but was told to stay away from lunchmeats...
I would get mine tosted,but Im doubting thats not warm enough to kill bacteria.
What did you all do??

Get a veggie one ! It's so good ! Get it on Italian herb and cheese bread , toasted with all the veggies you like and avocado if you like it and then get the sun sauce 👌🏻 that's my favourite sub ! That way you get the best of both worlds !

Just eat it. lol I craved hotdogs while I was pregnant and I think you're 'not supposed' to eat those either but fuck if you're growing a baby and it wants a hotdog, eat it!!! I had to give up smoking and alcohol, ain't no one gonna tell me no to a freaking hotdog!!

I know this is not true for all people but ive eaten cold deli meat and warm and even sushi while pregnant no problems from it

But if it will give you a better piece of kind just ask them to heat a little longer
