New Job At 25 Weeks

I'm starting a new job soon, and I'm 25 weeks; almost 26. I'm somewhat nervous about taking the offer; but my current job is beyond stressful, hard, and my employers are inconsiderate. I've been wanting to leave since I started dropping clots in the beginning of my pregnancy at work, and my supervisors expected me to come to work right after my ER visit, and when I finally came back, they switched me to the hardest hall because I didn't come back right away. Has anyone started a new job this far along, and everything was fine when you had to take your leave?
