help!!

Hello, just need to ladies opinions. I've been having pelvic, inner thigh aches and lower back aches and hot flushes for the past 2 days even got to the point where I had to leave work early tonight. Period was due yesterday it feels as if I'm bleeding but when I go to the toilet and check it's just white or light yellow mucous.. has anyone else had any experience like this usually I have aches and pains when I'm actually on my period don't really want to take a test as I know I will just be disappointed again this month 😤
