Dog acting up and being distant to me since pregnacy??

I thought that when I got pregnant my dog would be extra clingy, and in a way he has, he likes to sleep next to me now. But when it's not bedtime, he is so so naughty!

I've known I've been pregnant for a week now and this has been going on for about 3-4 days. He doesn't listen to me anymore. I used to be the only one he would come to when called, but now he turns and trots the other way. :( he's been having more accidents, even though he IS potty trained & gets a lot of time to go outside.

When I say he's distant it's because it seems as if he likes my boyfriends step family more than me :( he chooses to lay with them on the couch, follows them around, all the things he used to do to me!

I know I probably sound jealous and pathetic, and I think it's the crazy hormones talking, but it really hurts my feelings! Has anyone else had a dog that started acting this way when you got pregnant? :(
