I just can't resist a tuna sub from subway! But I'm 35 weeks pregnant and have only had like 5 this whole pregnancy. Tuna should be treated like a special treat instead of a staple in your diet while you're pregnant.

Tuna is fine in small doses. I ate one can a week my entire pregnancy

Sure you can. Just not a can a day lol and stay away from albacore tuna, it's an older tuna with higher levels of mercury in it.

You can eat 8 ozs of tuna a week. Try to get the solid white albacore tuna. It's a little more expensive but you're better off with it. That's what I eat. I have the strangest cravings. Lol!!!
