Switching drs at 33 weeks?😯

Hey guys! So my gyno just called and was a bit upset that i booked a hematology appointment without his approval. I never knew i needed his approval but ok. Anyways he kept saying it could only cause unnecessary worry and we won't treat you differently if their is a clotting disorder? 😞. He sounded like he was more nervous of the truth than being proactive whicg is not reassuring. Im keeping my hematology appointment as i want to know for myself whats going on. But now i just feel kind of lost like shouldn't a dr want to know if theirs a clotting disorder especially if its iugr related??😔😔😔. Ill be 33 weeks on friday so changing obs may be too late.🖓
