It's a belly button hernia. My baby had it and is now 6 months and has completely gone back in. She told me if it doesn't heal itself my 2 years old they would talk about surgery to fix it but 90% fix themselves. I was all worried too. It's normal.

We have this same issue.  It was a small hernia.  Pediatrician said it will heal itself.  As long as its not  red, swollen or doesn't go back in when pressed on its normal.

Looks like a small hernia. Totally common! My son has one too but it's a little a bigger! Does it stick out more when he cries or poops?

My daughter had a problem with hers healing I would call and ask his pediatrician but mine told me to out neasporen on it witch healed it very quickly

If you're breastfeeding, you can put BM on it and it will heal it pretty quickly
