Has anyone noticed their back hurting since giving birth?

Every time I bend over my back starts burning and I get really hot and dizzy . It sucks

It's not necessarily from an epidural. Moms are notorious for having bad body mechanics when holding/rocking/bouncing/nursing their babies. PLUS the changes in your pelvis from before and after child birth can affect your entire body.  Go see a physiotherapist experienced in post-partum care. Even better if they're trained in pelvic floor rehabilitation. It's not just about doing lots of kegels after birth!

Definitely. Never had back pain before now it's all the time.

Omg yes, when I am bending over to change my baby, the pain becomes excruciating.

I've never suffered with it before, just a nice twist of fate that has been bestowed upon us new moms 🙈😂 it's like we've been given new challanges since we've been through the most painful experiences of our lives, 'here deal with back pain, it should be nothing in comparison to what you've been through' lol

I used to have chronic back pain prior to giving birth. After delivery my back pain has improved!!

I had a lot of back pain after birth. There were a few days it was really bad like I pinched a nerve.  Turns out I had gallstones and I had to have my gallbladder removed

Omg yes! I had 2 epidurals and my back has never been the same!

Soooo...really random, it may not just be because of the epidural. You may be constipated. Even if you don't THINJ you are because you go "regularly", it may not be enough lol. I had this happen a few months after I had my daughter. I thought something was wrong because I kept getting random pain. Turns out I was just constipated, even though I had gone regularly.

My aunt always warned me about epidurals and back pain. She said don't do it or you'll hurt for life... well I most certainly don't regret my epidural! But yea this back pain sucks. When I bend it burns like hell.

The epidural can sometimes do that . I've had 3 kids all epidural and mine hurts if I drive for a long period of time or if it gets really cold.
