website????

So I was being noses....and every so often I snoop on my husbands phone (don't pretend you've never done that/nor judge me for doing so.) but anyway as I click ok google chrome icon it's on a webpage called photo.sheandroid.com/blue I cannot find what it is or what causes it. Anyone heard of it???!? My husband said he doesn't know why it's on the chrome.
