I went to the hospital on nov. 3 at 5 weeks, bc i was bleeding... they said my hcg levels were a 6, and that my cervix was closed.. i bled for a few more days and now it's december and im getting positive tests and my doctor said it's possible i never miscarried... could this be true?

Could be that you miscarried and got pregnant straight away again...i had mc last december and early january i was pregnant again. According to babies growth i literally got pregnant as soon as my bleeding stopped! :D now i have a 3month old baby girl!!!

It's possible that it was just a threatened miscarriage, and not an actual miscarriage. But it's also possible that you miscarried and you're pregnant again, or that you have tissue from the pregnancy still attached to your uterus. The best way to know what is going on is to have an ultrasound done. They'll be able to see if there's retained tissue or a new baby, or the same baby in there (:

Could be it could also mean you have retained some pregnancy tissue. Get them to do an hcg blood test or better yet an ultrasound
