supply dwindling

I'm about to give up on bf. I'm 6 mo pp and my supply has gone from 5-6 oz ea pump session to 1 oz. no matter how long I pump for. I pump and nurse baby switching off each hour and nothing. My nipples are sore and bleeding like they were in the beginning from pumping/nursing so much. What do I do? I have two 2 oz bags for tomorrow. That's it. May have to supplement. 🙁
