when to BD in Clomid

Question

My dr says every other day after my last pill, but then I read to use opks ? I ovulate on my own so I don't know ?! Should I just wait or try to do both it's so confusing?

My obgyn said BD from cd 10-20 every other day. I used OPK and ovulated on CD 18. Luckily we BD the night before the day of and day after. Now its a waiting game for me but definitely use OPK. It feels good getting that confirmation that at least you are ovulating and to know when to BD the day of. Baby dust to you!!! 👶🏻✨✨✨

To answer, BDing every other day after your last pill will certainly make sure you hit your fertile window. But using OPKs will obviously help you know when that will be. It's up to you. My doc had me track BBT while on clomid, but I found CM and OPKs were better indicators of ovulation for me.
