My ex husband's mom is insane aka baby daddy's mom

So my ex husband's mom told me that if I didn't have a c-section she wouldn't help me with the baby (I don't need her help) she says it's irresponsible to go vaginal because it's a higher risk for the baby (wtf) I told her I wasn't having a c-section unless medically necessary, I want to try a natural birth but this lady is insane, wtf should I do?
