If it is abig decrease in movement go get checked at labor and delivery. My daughter stopped moving (I would get a kick every now and then)at 34 weeks so I went to l&d to get checked just in case and ended up having an emergency c-section because they couldn't get Baby to move and her heart rate wasn't fluctuating like they want. They said if I had waited I could have lost her. I felt like I was being silly going in but I'm so thankful I did. I hope everything is just fine with your little one!

Dropping is definitely normal. You should discuss the level of decreased movement with your doc, as if it is significantly decreased, it might indicate needing monitoring.

At 31 Weeks I was starting to feel baby move a lot more than usual for me. If you feel there has been a decrease try poking her or playing music from your phone & place speaker on your belly ... See if she responds to something, if not it's better to call your Dr. or go into the ER.
