First pregnancy! FTM. Black outs?!

I went on one on my nightly bathroom trips, and when I was sitting on the potty. I almost blacked out! I caught myself in time and laid on the floor for a few minutes. But it scares me, the last time I blacked out I was going through a very rough miscarriage.

I was pretty anemic before pregnancy. Figured this might be the cause?

Im also kinda scared to fall asleep. I was still pale looking when I got off the bathroom floor, I just don't want anything bad to happen while I sleep.
