Buying stuff before pregnant

Is it wrong to want to already start buying everything for a baby before I'm pregnant? This is going to sound a bit ridiculous and silly but I did the ring test that was supposed to do the gender in the order of birth and my first gender was a baby girl so I've already started thinking about buying things for when we do conceive. Am I crazy and wishful thinking for wanting to do this or has anyone else did this? 😫
