update ! need some advice ...

So like in my last post I explained how I had  heavy red bleeding nd passed blood clots a little bigger than a quarter . Since then I been having this brownish stuff with discharge coming out nd sometimes there's this weird slimy string of the brown discharge  with some uncomfortable mild cramps ... I'm kinda nervous nd freaking out ... is it because I was bleeding red nd blood clots ? What could this be ? If the doctor checked the baby nd said everything was okay nd the heart beat was fine .... please I need advice ... or if someone went through this ....
