pink wipe sorry if TMI!!

Sorry if this is TMI but here goes I'm not due on until Monday but today I went to the toilet (had a wee) and when I wiped there was a pink smear on the paper- there was no pain when urinating, having been to the loo since there was nothing on the paper this time, no cramps however really tender breasts especially around the nipples! I am also very bloated but like I say no cramping- more like lots of trapped wind but no pain what so ever.... does this sound familiar with any one who has had BFP ??? Xxxx
