Things happen when I poop?

I'm 25 weeks and 5 days pregnant. And a few min ago I was basically forcing myself to poop (tmi sorry) but I could feel myself needing to go  but I was just trying to speed up the process. And when I got done the top of my stomach felt weird like really soft when I touched it it moved. I wasn't sure if the baby moved up when I was using the bathroom of if it was something else that moved up while trying to poop. Anybody else have this happen before?
