Ideas for very sore nappies?

Hello lovely mummas to be. I am really suffering with sore nipples I originally thought it was because they are cold but it's not they do it randomly. It feels like someone is naming on them for anything between a couple of mins to half an hour. It's driving me insane? I went from a 30h to a 32k in 4 weeks at the beginning between 4-9 weeks am bow 14 weeks and it hurts sooo much. Any advice/idea would be greatly appreciated xxx
