Bruised back and stomach??

Alexis • Expecting our sweet baby boy in April.💙 I thank God for giving me such a wonderful opportunity!
So today I noticed that when I touch my stomach and back, it feels bruised... it doesn't hurt when I move or anything, but when I touch it that's when it hurts.. I'm 23 weeks 6 days pregnant.
