food aversions changing over night?

There was only a few things I could handle eating but now just like that over night I can't eat any of it I can't even eat pizza I'm 11weeks anyone go through this?im really hungry but nothing sounds good

I’m experiencing this at 9w. A few weeks ago all I wanted was cheeseburgers and now all beef, especially steak, makes me 🤢🤮. In the early weeks I craved Greek yogurt with fruit but now the thought of any yogurt is repulsive. I’ve been super nauseous and it seems to be getting worse every day. Having a hard time keeping anything down but still trying so hard to be healthy and eat enough vegetables and fruits and proteins. Anyone else have similar experience?
