Can anyone help me?

I am 10wks6days this is my third pregnancy. But this one is strange to me. I can't hold down foods and can only hold down water sometimes. Today was odd I had morning sickness all day and it looks green/blue. Has anyone else had this problem before?

when I was having morning sickness, I was throwing up green and yellow stuff but I was told that was just bile and stomach acids.

It just sounds like you have morning sickness. Every pregnancy is different, even your own. If you're getting dehydrated, head over to urgent Care. You may need an IV to stay hydrated if you can't keep any fluids down.
