doctor can't tell where baby's head is

I'm freakibg out. I went in for my 30 week appointment I was told by the resident doctor that baby is head down. I went in today at 33 weeks and I was told by another gynaecologist that she doesn't know where the head is !!! 😩😩😩😩. I feel like I am sitting on a ball and i found some ways online to see where the head is but now I am so confused. I always feel the head down. The heartbeat is below my belly button and all kicks are above my bell button. Why did th doctor said she doesn't know. Aren't they trained in things like that ??? I hate my hospital 😭😭😭😭😭😭
