question about registry

So i have the car seat and stroller, blankets and PLENTY of clothes. Still need like 6-9 months tho. I have his sleeper he's going to sleep in and also his diaper bag. Changing table has been bought but no changing pad or cover. I put that on my registry. And the swing is bought. so majority of the stuff i bought, just wondering if i should put a walker on my registry?
