congested and coughing baby under two months?

My son sneezes a lot and has been congested here lately. I've been using saline drops and sucking his nose out sometimes I may get something and sometimes I don't . He also has like a dry cough. What can I do to help him?
Also he had a little drainage come out onto his ear lobe maybe he has an ear infection ? Someone please give me some advice I'm a new mom just trying to figure out what's best for my son

Saline and a nose frieda! So much better than the bulbs.. It looks weird but it really works well! And yes, humidifiers help as well.. Especially in the winter when the air is so dry.

I hate the bulb syringe. I don't know if it's me or what but I have one from the hospital and it doesn't even fit in his nostrils. I never get anything from it so saline drops are basically useless too. I stand in the bathroom with him and steam (he seems to like it) after about ten mins he gives a huge sneeze and clears everything out

My LO has got the same. I was advice to use the humidifier at night which has helped him alot and the doctor gave him antibiotics as well.  I feel so helpless when he start to cough and choke.

I've got a inhaler (nebuliser) that I use with saline solution prescribed by the GP... Works for us.

My baby is congested at night and cough/chokes when lying on his back.. figured it's silent reflux where the spit up comes into his throat but gets swallowed. Talk to baby's doctor about this cause if it is reflux, it does make them very uncomfortable.

Is the air in the room he sleeps in a little dry? That could make him cough and become congested. My little man is also congested and has a dry cough every once in a while and since both his dad and I also wake up feeling dried out in our room we think that's what's causing it. We got a humidifier and I'm gonna go get the saline drops to try
