birth control after baby??

So my doctor wants to know what birth control I want for after my baby comes so that way it'll be free with my pregnancy Medicaid and they can have it ready for me at my 6 week PP check up. Well idk what I want to go on! I was on depo for 4 year prior to this pregnancy and it took me 1 1/2 years of being off to even get pregnant. Which I don't want to happen again if we want another later on and I won't have insurance to get it every 3 months so I need a long term birth control. So any recommendations on good PP birth control? I will be breastfeeding also!
