nipple piercings?

I would love someone (who has first-hand knowledges) input. I've kind of wanted them for awhile because I think they're sexy but I have a few concerns. 1.) pain level, I have my belly button pierced, my ears (double), and a tattoo, if that's anything I can relate it to. 2.) feeling, do I lose feeling or gain feeling during arousal after they are pierced? 3.) I want nothing more than to be a mommy some day, so are they easy to take out, and do the holes close so I'd be able to breastfeed? I know silly questions but I want to be informed fully before making a decision. Any other advice is appreciated as well!
