Testing after 2 miscarriages, anyone else?!

Hi Ladies,

I was just wanting to know other people's stories of two miscarriages and getting fertility testing. I had a d & c for a missed miscarriage 2 weeks ago and another early miscarriage 5 months ago. My doctor recommended a saline ultrasound and genetic testing. Anyone else in the same boat? What did your doctor recommend? Any success keeping a pregnancy later?

So sorry I hear of your loss. I too had a m/c 11/16/16. I had hsg done earlier and it was normal. My RE ordered a chromosome analysis and a bunch of other tests including lupus, TSH, Prolactin, A1c, glycoprotein antibodies and some others I can't decipher. I am awaiting the results which could take up to two weeks.

I had my third miscarriage in July. Doc had me do all possible testing but everything came back normal. Hubby had chromosome testing done, also normal. Last thing she wanted was for him to get a semen analysis done but he just went to the urologist today and was told not necessary, that if he had low/bad sperm I wouldn't have gotten pregnant at all. I'm not sure I believe that but at a loss. Just gonna start trying again, finished first round of clomid today.

I had 2 miscarriages in a row, both under 10 weeks. I am now 22 weeks pregnant with my baby boy. I had to take progesterone pills twice daily with this pregnancy. ☺️

I had a missed miscarriage and d/c in July 2015 and then and early miscarriage in Oct.   2015.  No hints of a line since then.  I had a sonohistogram (saline ultrasound) and bloodwork that all came back normal.  My husbands SA showed some reduced motility.  We are currently in our third cycle of IUI and clomid, but this month we are adding a trigger shot.  I know that I don't have a success story yet, but if you have any questions I'm happy to help if I can!
