stupid things your SO did during labor
This is going on in another forum.
But I thought we should share our stories here bc we know each other now.
When I was about 36 hours into my 62 hour induction my husband had the audacity to look at me very seriously and say "owww. I got a paper cut!!!"
Second thing, on the last night of labor when I was in active labor, he slept on the couch and only got up once to rub me.
Third thing, he didn't assist at all during delivery. He was a blubbering fool. All the money we spent at a class so he could coach me and he was just standing there sobbing like a baby. Weeping. In between pushes I looked up at him and I saw a giant string of snot coming out of his nose and I said "baby... wipe your nose" 🙄. Thankfully my regular OB was there to coach me through it while my husband sobbed like a baby!!
