Answers Anyone

So I have 2 kids already with the same guy and just in February I had a miscarriage for this other guy, well I was on my period a few hours away from it being over my kids daddy came over and him and I had unprotected sex he done the unpredictable in me. Well tonight about 30 minutes or so I went used the restroom wiped myself and saw a little blood I have that feeling as if I'm about to have my period but I already did a day ago... Do anyone know what this could be???
