When we're nausea, fatigue symptoms the worst?

Just wondering with multiples when the symptoms were the worst? This is my first pregnancy period, and we are pregnant with twins! I feel horrible on and off, and when I feel horrible I feel like it can't get any worse but I'm so early, 7 weeks! Will it get worse?!?

Nausea until about 13 weeks fatigue all the way through and nausea returned a little at the very end

I voted whole first trimester, but could include half of the second. About to enter my third and it's coming back 😳😳😳 but I've heard a lot of women having it easier than me!

I'm 26+1 and never had nausea or vomiting but fatigue was SEVERE in the first trimester. Most times I slept 12 or more hours per day. 😴😴

Nausea this time was worse in first trimester tired all the time so far seems to be my second but I've got roughly 4.5 months left so we'll see how it changes. Still have some nausea as well.
