So, I had what I thought was a cycle this month but I went to the doctor today and my hcg levels are 172. They did an ultrasound and couldn't see anything. According to my calendar I should be 5 weeks and 2 or 3 days. Has anyone else experienced this and had a healthy pregnancy? I'm having tons of cramping and pain. No bleeding. Boobs hurt and nauseous. I'm so confused right now. This is my sixth pregnancy and I have never once bled thinking it was a cycle. My period was completely absent all the other times. Today is also my birthday. This is all so bizarre and I am in shock.
