Vacation weightloss
Hi girls,
I have an issue. I lost and am in the process of losing weight. Im also currently on vacation in Bali, Indonesia :)
When I left home (Australia) three days ago, I was happy with my weight 53.2kg. I was 1.2kg from my goal weight. I feel as if all my hard work is undone now. I've had about 2000 calories today (not from fried, high fat food, but from sugarless cookies I found) I still have another 6 days here. Every time I go home after vacation I have gained weight. What can I do to ensure this dosent happen? Feeling pretty crap right now :(
