Have you tried prenatal yoga or pilates videos?

I want to buy a prenatal yoga video, and I am only 10 weeks along.  Plus I don't get much exercise to begin with. I am thin but out of shape. I'd love to hear about the videos you loved and hated!

There are so many free prenatal yoga videos on YouTube! Try a few out. Esp being free you can try new people and just adjust to your flexibility and fitness level
