I saw this and my heart sank. I tried for 3 months and my daughter wouldn't latch and i wasn't producing enough. Fed is best. Yes breast is better, but not all women can do that. Idk if its my period hormones going on, but this really hurt me. 😔

Sweetie, feed your baby however you can or want to. Don't let some crunchy ass granola Mommy make you feel inferior to anybody.

Hilarious when people go on little rants like this but offer no ideas on how to make things happen.

A fed baby is a good baby, so down feel bad about what this person is saying. Breast milk simply isn't an option for some families for various reasons. Neither is eating nutritious adult food for that matter.

Try not to beat yourself up about it. Breastfeeding didn't work out for us either but I just remind myself that he is fed and happy and thriving. I have been shamed on this app and out in public for bottle feeding but I won't let it affect me. We're doing the best we can ❤

You can't say "fed is best" then immediately say "breast is better".... You tried to BF and that's the best you could do. Some people don't even try and that's fine too. I understand it sucks to hear breast is best when you don't BF, but it don't change the fact that breastmilk really is the best thing for a baby. In the end the child MUST be fed, so I agree fed is the minimum.

My opinion is that whoever wrote that is dumb. I mean sure I get what they are saying but why make such a big stink about other people's methods of feeding their kids? Formula is more than okay to feed a baby. Breastfeeding is a great experience for me but I'm not going to stress myself out if I suddenly can't because the baby will pick up on a stressed out momma. I'd rather have a happy, formula fed baby than a stressed out, barely breastfed one.

Fed is best. Unless you're not feeding your child people shouldn't stop telling others how to feed their kids! You want to breast feed go for it but stop bragging about it. Love and take care of your kids, it's all you can do. People will judge regardless

Dude you feed your baby which ever way works best for you and that baby. FED is best. Not minimal. They make formula to ensure that mothers who can't or don't want to breastfeed are still giving their child vital nutrients to grow. Feed them how you want, just love them and take care of them. That's all that matters

Also keep in mind, this woman makes money off of this. Her Facebook lists her as a "public figure" and she SELLS her advice. I breastfed and certainly would not seek advice from someone such as her.
