mastitis again at 10 months

Baby's almost ten months old and I'm the past couple days been eating less at night. I was fine yesterday but this am woke up with a tender breast and pain all over. I had mastitis in my other breast after birth but now I'm getting it in my other which produces most of the milk. I want to die from the pain and I hope I can clear it without antibiotics. I'm scared that it's going to affect my milk supply in my producing breast :(
