Miscarriage?

I know it's tmi and a picture but I'm really heartbroken. I believe I have just went through a miscarriage. Anyone with opinions or personal input, feel free. 😞 I had bad pains, back pain, and have been undergoing major stress lately. Any help would be great. I know I should contact a doctor. I've never had "clots" like this before & ive had my period for 8 years.
