So I weight roughly 293 pounds. I'm taller and I ride horses, so I have a lot of muscle but I'm still much bigger than I should be. I work as a nurse in an emergency department so my job is fairly active. I'm currently on a diet to one make myself healthier and two to help us conceive. I have been doing really good an eating less than 1,700 cals a day. Well tonight I am just having a hard time with it! I just want a grilled cheese so bad! And Buffalo Wild Wings!
