Am I Going Crazy ?

Idk what's going on but since Friday I've been feeling kind of weird .. Idk if there's something else going on or if it's normal to feel this way but I can't really explain the feeling it's just not normal and lastnight I got a slight headache and I woke up still with a headache.. it's not super bad it's slight but it's uncomfortable and right now I'm starting to feel nauseous🤢 I feel horrible
