cracked nipples 😫
I had my beautiful baby boy on December 8th! I have been solely breastfeeding and after a week and a half my nipples are so cracked and sore! It hurts so bad when I feed him, I have theee different kinds of nipple cream, I just bought nipple shields yesterday which definitely help but does anyone have any advise on how to help heal faster??!
