Spotting Question

I'm about 3w4d and I think I've had a UTI (Got them all the time with my first pregnancy) the passed couple of days. This morning when I went pee, I was spotting and every time I have gone pee today, I've wiped and there's a little bit of blood. I just moved to Houston so I don't have a doctor here yet, but I had a miscarriage back in April and I'm starting to get concerned/: Should I go to the ER?
