signs and symptoms

I am 6 or 7 DPO, I took my LH test on the 12 and 13th and got a positive both times. I have had sore boobs (almost like a stabbing sensation) I've started going to the restroom a little bit more than normal. Also I have been pretty crampy in my lower back and lower abdomen. I took a pregnancy test this morning (I know extremely early) and it was negative. I see people all the time one my apps and website test early and get faint positives, so I was just a little bummed when I didn't get that faint positive. I know that implantation usually doesn't occur until 9DPO, I'm not exactly sure what I was hoping to see on that test. 😔
